Our organization, recognized with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the largest healthcare provider in southeastern New Jersey, is thrilled to announce an opening for a Board-Certified Family Medicine D.O. or M.D. to become part of the core faculty in our Family Medicine Residency program located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Become a member of a dedicated faculty team that has recently celebrated the graduation of its third class of four Family Medicine residents in this 4-4-4 residency structure. This position offers the opportunity to design and implement a curriculum that enriches both clinical education and scholarly growth for residents in a hospital setting and an FQHC outpatient clinic. This distinctive learning environment allows you to mentor residents as they manage a designated panel of patients in an FQHC continuity clinic. The new Family Medicine faculty physician will balance their time between teaching and delivering direct patient care at the FQHC clinic, while also supervising residents on the inpatient Family Medicine Teaching Service.

The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered, Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who is enthusiastic about teaching and committed to providing comprehensive care to underserved populations. Prior experience in graduate medical education is preferred.
