• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
• Hours/Week: 40
• Employment Type: Per diem/Locum
• Licenses/Certifications: NH Medical License, BLS, DEA
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with age range experience)
• Travel Reimbursements: Mileage, hotel, rental car, flight expenses provided

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $147.54

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all ages (peds to adults).
• Manage a patient panel averaging 16 patients per day.
• Conduct routine examinations, preventive care, and treatment of common illnesses.
• Document patient interactions using Epic EMR/charting software.
• Support a team of 6 MDs and 5 APPs in a busy clinic setting.
• Maintain compliance with all medical regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if managing all ages).
• NH state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• DEA license.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
