An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services within a school setting for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is based in a welcoming community near Woodburn, OR, and involves working three days per week with a supportive district team.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Oregon
• Prior experience in a K-12 school environment required
• Skilled in supporting both individual students and groups with diverse needs
• Strong collaboration abilities with special education staff, teachers, and families
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct OT services to students on your caseload, adapting interventions for a wide age and ability range
• Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to integrate strategies into the classroom setting
• Maintain timely and accurate therapy records and progress reports in alignment with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment
