Group Product Manager | $150,000–$165,000 + 25–30% Bonus | Onsite | Direct Hire What Matters Most Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Direct Hire opportunity with long-term career growth Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of retirement products and solutions. This role owns the product roadmap from concept through launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong product management background, excellent project leadership skills, and experience within retirement products or financial services. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retirement products and solutions Lead product development initiatives from concept through launch and continuous improvement Translate customer insights, market trends, and business needs into product requirements Partner with Sales, Operations, Relationship Management, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive successful execution Support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product adoption Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, testing, and implementation activities Monitor product performance and leverage data and customer feedback to identify enhancements Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy and business cases Support vendor evaluations and product lifecycle management Present product performance insights and recommendations to leadership Partner with Training & Development and PMO teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5–8+ years of product management, product development, or related experience Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and full product lifecycle management Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives Experience translating customer needs and market insights into scalable product solutions Retirement products or financial services experience strongly preferred Experience working in Agile or similar product development environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Business Strategy teams Strong research and competitive analysis skills Competitive compensation package with bonus opportunity Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Company-paid life, AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Healthcare concierge support Employee discounts and additional wellness perks Hybrid flexibility through a WFH bank after eligibility requirements are met Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth About the Company Our client is a privately held financial services organization specializing in retirement planning and long-term wealth strategies.
