ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and is a close-knit team of five who are focused on delivering excellent service to every customer we work with. Before becoming an agent, I spent 11 years in Claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong understanding of what customers go through and how important it is to provide real support when it matters most.

Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing and used to run marathons. I come from a big family with four siblings, and fun fact - we’re all left-handed. Family and connection are important parts of my life, and that carries over into the way our office operates. I’m also active in the community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and I support the local food bank through regular donations. Giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Tammy Hill State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property & Casualty Licensed (Required).
• Life & Health Licensed (Preferred).
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service.
