Health Services Supervisor (HSS)/LPN

Benefits Category: This is a full-time salaried, exempt position. Benefits and PTO eligible. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan requirements.

Schedule: Full-time. Usual hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. The schedule must be flexible to accommodate various organizational needs and able to work holidays and weekends as needed. This position participates in the "On-Call" rotation.

They must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and an understanding of Department of Human Services and/or Department of Health rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and meet qualifiers to be insured by EON, Inc.'s vehicle insurance provider.
• Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.
• Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to document information electronically.
• Current LPN License
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers
• Knowledge and experience in the field of comprehensive homecare, day services, and 245D non-residential services.
