Responsible for prep work for next day.General sanitation procedures, including performing tasks on a cleaning schedule, daily sanitation evaluations, maintaining a clean work area at all times, etc.Responsible for washing pots and pans.Records daily temperatures on foods, and on refrigerators and freezer.Informs dietary manager of any diet changes from nursing.Responsible for preparing foods for special activities.Responsible for putting stock away.Attends dietary meetings.Attends facility in-services.Other duties as assigned.
