Solar Panel Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Solar Panel Installer you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. Job Type Part‑time position with the potential for full‑time employment. Responsibilities Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to industry standards and safety regulations. Use hand and power tools to secure panels in place. Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper functionality. Perform routine maintenance on installed systems. Communicate with customers to address any concerns or questions. Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites. Requirements Previous experience as a Solar Panel Installer or in a similar role. Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques, equipment and materials. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with electrical systems and codes. Physical stamina and strength to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. Valid driver's license preferred but not required. Salary Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month with potential for increases based on performance.
