Position Overview:
As an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of advanced technology by conducting critical testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems. You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure equipment operates at peak performance, contributing to groundbreaking projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intricate testing, diagnostics, and fault isolation on electro-mechanical devices using detailed schematics and technical instructions.
• Carry out precise soldering, system troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Generate comprehensive technical reports, document findings accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve issues.
• Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in system testing phases and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, an AS degree in Electronics Technology (or military equivalent), or a BSEET degree with related experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, advanced troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts based on your availability.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
