** This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins' major facilities**

What YOU will do:

• Manage cross functional teams to support Collins MADMAC (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Move, Add, Close) activities
• Lead application integration efforts for SAP and 301tons to align the business during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Oversee the overall project and scope for ERP and related business applications
• Partner with the business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the agreed DT solutions within the budget

What YOU will learn:

• Work with the project mgmt office (PMO), integration mgmt once (IMO), and/or transformation mgmt omce (TMO) to understand and finalize the DT scope and deliverables
• Execute DT projects to support the IMO,'TMO commitments related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Collaborate with DT and business stakeholders; ensure delivery of the key DT solution and project milestones

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Advanced well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents.
• Expert SAP knowledge and functional knowledge. Mainly in the areas of Finance/Accounting/Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Reporting, Customer and Supplier Portals - on both hRC and hUTAS SAP ECC systems.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions: consolidate legacy DT systems and solutions to standard Collins platforms - Divestitures: create application roadmaps for cloning (it required), logical separation, and physical separation

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
