Listening Ear Crisis Center

Listening Ear Crisis Center is looking for a Home Manager to oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering quality services to consumers. The role requires strong leadership skills and a dedication to professional support in a home-like environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
