Job Overview The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling Guardian Alarm services and technology to residential prospects, leveraging relationships with homeowners, and closing new residential businesses while maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. Prospect for new residential homeowners from referrals, new home builders, construction reports, cold-call approach visits, and canvassing neighborhoods. Network and connect with customers at Guardian-sponsored exhibits. Follow up with the customer after installation to ensure expectations have been met. Experience Preferred Security sales experience.
