About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across its network of clinical practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for practice operations and performance, financial and business performance, patient access, capacity and growth, physician partnership, clinical operations, people leadership, and organizational capability. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in healthcare operations, particularly in the management of physician practices or ambulatory operations. The Vice President will be accountable for the performance of the practice network, with a focus on operational and financial performance, patient access, quality, and regulatory readiness. They must be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, leading significant organizational change, and driving continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Clinical Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience. A background in a clinical or healthcare-related field, such as nursing or healthcare administration, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to manage practice-level P&Ls, and a proven track record of improving operational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large, multi-site healthcare organization and be adept at leading and developing teams.
