Job Requirements:

The AP group needs help triaging invoice exceptions and performing RCA on any invoices that are stuck or have been actioned incorrectly by the end users.

This person would sit with the AP leads in San Jose to help them manage workload and assignments of invoice processing with the BPO provider.

They would also report any issues found to the core project team and log tickets with internal support and Ariba.

This resource should have been an end user of Ariba for multiple years or would have implemented invoicing as part of a P2P program 2-3 times.
