Role Overview

This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll be the face of Pro Bid, managing the entire customer journey from initial contact to a signed agreement. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our solutions, and closing deals, all through direct, in-person engagement. If you thrive on building relationships, overcoming challenges, and achieving ambitious goals, this is the opportunity for you!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on engaging directly with potential customers in their homes. This involves:

• Initiating conversations and building immediate rapport with individuals.

• Clearly and persuasively presenting Pro Bid's offerings.

• Skillfully navigating objections and answering questions on the spot.

• Identifying customer needs and tailoring your pitch accordingly.

• Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.

• Maintaining a high level of self-driven activity to meet daily targets.

• Traveling to various locations to meet with clients.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build instant rapport and deliver a concise, persuasive pitch.

• The ability to read people and handle objections gracefully within seconds of engagement.

• Remarkable resilience and a thick skin to thrive amid frequent rejection while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.

• The capacity to quickly read people, ask qualifying questions, and negotiate effectively.

• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work independently and consistently hit daily targets.

Compensation

As a Commission Only role, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. Top performers can expect to earn between $20,000 and $40,000 annually , with significant opportunities for growth based on your sales success.

Work Arrangement

This role involves travel as you'll be meeting clients in person at their locations.
