Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations for RTP Company's Engineered Sheet Products (ESP) division. This position is responsible for maintaining production schedules, coordinating shipping and transportation activities, managing packaging inventory and requisitions, supporting quality and ISO documentation requirements, and assisting with order processing activities. The role works with Production, Planning, Transportation, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Responsibilities: Support the maintenance and communication of the production schedule by: Understanding material availability and ensuring timely transportation.Managing inventory of packaging materials and submitting requisitions as needed. Prepare production packets for upcoming orders.Generate shipping documentation, print shipping labels, and coordinate transportation for completed customer orders.Provide support to production operations, including packaging finished products as needed.Maintain ISO and quality management documentation and procedures, including calibration and documentation of measuring equipment.Work in partnership with the Production, Planning, Transportation, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales Departments to accurately and efficiently process orders.Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
