Visit our career site on the web at We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to ensure cargo movements are conducted effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Lead Ad hoc Air and Ocean Pricing requests – with KPI targets as agreed with Senior Strategic Account Pricing Lead.First point of contact for all new pricing enquiries, including support for RFQsAct as a point of contact for the customer from the time of award to implementation with the Key Account Operations Teams.Support customer general enquiries should operations need support to find an answer or be delayed in response.Support operations where needed, whilst prioritizing pricing.Support with reports / QBRs where necessary.Other tasks as assigned.Skills / Qualifications:4+ years’ experience with Air/Ocean Freight operations, strong preference to freight forwarding industry – preferredHigh Customer Service Focus / Can do attitudeProcess Improvement and process reviews experience required; Six Sigma a plus but not requiredBachelor’s Degree preferredWorking knowledge of TSA requirements strongly preferredCargoWise (CW1) experience is a plusDangerous Goods / Hazmat certification a plusStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Strong communication and presentation skillsPay Range: $93,142.50 - $124,190.00+ (Based on Experience)Benefits (All Non-Union Employees)Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.Stock Purchase Plan: Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate.Medical: Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions.Vision: Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts.Dental: Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services.Paid Time Off: 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days.Why Join DHL Global Forwarding?At DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees’ growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
