Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and receivers across all customer segments
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular, proactive communication
- Provide spot quotes and load management
- Collaborate with internal teams to support assigned accounts and drive growth
- Respond quickly to challenges and make effective, timely decisions
- Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Logistics experienced required (1year at least)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making ability and judgment
- Positive and energetic team player
- Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
