Union Organizer in Training — Start Your Social Justice
SEIU
SEIU invites energetic individuals to start social justice careers in labor organizing through the Organizer-in-Training (OIT) Program, a 12-month training track designed to build core organizing skills in campaigns across the Midwest. As an OIT you will be assigned to organizing campaigns, learn fundamentals of union organizing, and have opportunities to learn to empower workers to build power at their jobs.
