Representative Customer Service
We're looking for a responsible and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
As a Customer Service Representative at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system.
- Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
- Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
- Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- High School Diploma.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards.
- Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
- Bilingual (desirable).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
