Hiring Details Location: Jasper, IN and Huntington, IN Pay Rate: Competitive pay from $14.75 – $17.75 per hour Shift: Overnight 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Hiring Status: Immediate availability for overnight shifts Why Choose Home Instead? Primary Responsibilities Companionship & Personal Care: provide companionship and conversation, assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence, offer stabilization and gait assistance. Household Support: prepare meals, clean up after meals, perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, laundry, linen changes), wash and iron laundry. Health & Logistics: give medication and appointment reminders, run errands, accompany clients to appointments, provide specialized care for advanced Alzheimer’s/Dementia and hospice situations. Reporting & Communication: document daily activities, report significant changes to clients’ needs, maintain regular communication with supervisors and office staff. Qualifications & Requirements Personal: ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
