Travel Outpatient Oncology Physical Therapist - $2,388 per week

Travel Physical Therapist – Keene, New Hampshire 13‑week assignment, 8‑hour days, 40 hours per week. Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of rehabilitation patients. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential. Provide direct patient care, establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals; document and record patient progress; educate patients and families on appropriate physical‑therapy methods. Develop and update a plan of care for each patient. Deliver skilled physical‑therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs; plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE exam. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of professional experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification.
