Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with merchandise display, stocking, and store organization to enhance customer satisfaction and store profitability. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and process incoming merchandise following company procedures. Build and maintain merchandise displays, stock shelves, rotate products, and recover merchandise as needed. Assist customers in locating products and operate the cash register for transactions. Maintain store cleanliness by dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms. Follow safety policies and company guidelines, including bail cardboard and take out trash. Help set up sidewalk displays and organize the sales floor. Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners. Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of safety policies and merchandise presentation standards. Basic cash handling and mathematical skills. Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
