This role supports a growing health practice and continues that legacy. Primary Responsibilities Provide planning, design, and coordination support on projects and pursuits. Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings. Prepare drawings and specification documents. Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and building materials. Understand healthcare trends and prepare health‑planning presentation drawings, diagrams, and narratives. Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to building design and health planning. Mentor junior staff or interested colleagues in health‑planning practices. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health Architecture. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Health Planning. Architectural registration. Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam). Advanced credentials desired (e.g., ACHA, LEED, EDAC, AICP). Willingness to travel. Knowledge and experience of healthcare architecture planning and design. Capability to make client presentations. Leadership and management skills required. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field. A minimum of 12 years of related experience. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in building construction. Understanding of design techniques, tools and principles for precision technical plans, prints, drawings, and models.
