Earn a living where your heart truly belongs.**Keystone Behavioral Health - Welty Road****Bilingual Front Office Staff***(Employee will start at Behavioral Health in Chambersburg and transition to Welty Road upon opening in early 2027)***Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No Weekends or Holidays** Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable **Bilingual Front Office Staff** member to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy behavioral health practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care is essential. **Responsibilities include:*** Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner* Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars* Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations* Updating patient demographic and insurance information* Collecting copays and other patient payments* Answering and directing telephone calls* Checking patients in and out for appointments* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality* Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent required* Previous medical office experience preferred* Strong computer and customer service skills* Bilingual Skills: Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is ***required.***Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
