Operations Support Specialist

Our Operations Support team is a dynamic, high-performing group that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Review, analyze, and interpret loan documents and correspondence to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update accounts and follow up on missing information. Research and resolve clients' deposit-related and loan-related questions and problems.

Schedule: Monday Friday. Hours: EST: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM. CST: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM. Hybrid Schedule; St. Petersburg, FL: In-office TuesdayThursday, Little Rock, AR: Rotating 3-day in-office schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review and analyze account maintenance and loan documentation
• Perform quality control checks on new and existing loans
• Process high-risk tasks such as payment corrections, loan payoffs, and credit bureau disputes
• Handle full account support including money movements, interest calculations, and 1099 corrections
• Work from spreadsheets and ticketing systems to meet minute-to-minute SLAs
• Communicate with clients and third parties via phone, email, and workflow tools
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and research
• Support deposit operations including account closures, card requests, and returned items
• Maintain and update internal procedure manuals
• Other related duties assigned as needed

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in banking operations, teller services, or loan processing
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Teams, Outlook)
• Experience working with remote desktops and multiple screens
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
