Our growing restaurant concept is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen in Portsmouth, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen and enjoys building strong teams, delivering exceptional food!

Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of current full-service, scratch kitchen leadership experience
- Experience with restaurants with $3M+ sales
- Able to diligently follow recipe books
- Hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to develop and motivate culinary teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to consistency, execution, and operational excellence
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
Chef General Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient execution
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, inventory, and kitchen organization standards
- Lead by example in a hands-on kitchen environment
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while maintaining strong operational standards
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through consistent food quality and service
