About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated General Shop Laborer to join our team. This position offers a unique learning opportunity where you will assist our experienced veteran technicians and gain hands-on exposure to advanced shop operations. If you’re eager to build your skill set and grow in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist veteran technicians with daily shop tasks and projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Support multiple team members as needed
- Follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to receive guidance from multiple people
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift [insert weight requirement] and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous shop or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
- Minor Welding
