BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Sanford, Florida
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. As a BCBA at SOS, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team, provide ABA therapy to children with autism, and enjoy a fulfilling career.
About this Job:
We're seeking a talented BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. As a BCBA at SOS, you will have the opportunity to work in a center-based setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with in-home and in-school supervision if applicable.
Responsibilities:
Assessments, supervision of treatment plans, training of RBTs, and provision of parent training
Manage a caseload of 6-12 full-time clients (25-32 billable hours per week)
Practicum students and interns can help manage your caseload
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure adherence to treatment plans and quality of care
