Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery, focusing on providing exceptional care in a birthing center environment. The role is a critical component in supporting mothers during labor and delivery.
Shift and Hours
- Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week (3x12)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: As required by the facility
- Call Requirements: As required by the facility
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Ability to float as needed (non-negotiable)
- Patient-focused team player with a flexible and positive attitude
Unit Information
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- EMR: EPIC
Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Black
