Schedule and What We Offer: Start Date: November 1‐ 2 February 8 Weekend Hours: Saturdays 11:30 a.m.‐-6:30 p.m., Sundays 12:00 p.m.‐-6:00 p.m. Compensation: $25.00‐$26.00 per hour plus bonus potential. Training & Certification: Online training paid, become a certified TCL product expert. Swag: Official TCL apparel. Employment Type: W‐2, bi‐weekly pay. Growth: Clear KPIs, performance rewards, advancement opportunities. What You’ll Do: Ignite Interest: Spark conversations and highlight key features of TCL products. Own the Floor: Maintain sharp displays, ensuring TCL stands out. Bring the Energy: Lead live demos during peak times. Be the Insider: Gather feedback and share insights to improve the brand. Partner Up for Victory: Collaborate with store teams to create a high‐energy shopping experience. What Makes You a TCL All‐Star: Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about gadgets and home entertainment. Natural Connector: Excellent communication and enthusiasm. Sales Dynamo: Proactive, persuasive, ready to close deals. Hustle‐Ready: Able to lift up to 35 lbs and remain energized on feet.
