Responsibilities

- Review customer contract redlines related to service terms, SLAs, warranties, and support obligations
- Partner with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations to assess risk, propose compliant alternatives, and craft clear, timely responses
- Maintain a repository of redline responses and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards
- Evaluate product eligibility for contract renewals by reviewing versions, configurations, and lifecycle status
- Validate serials/SKUs, assess compatibility, and identify gaps such as end-of-support units or non-standard configurations
- Recommend solutions, including upgrades, substitutions, or tailored support exceptions
- Deliver final review findings for quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution
- Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Contracts, and Field Service teams to enable seamless customer support

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial contracting or related service/support functions
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a results-driven mindset
