Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) for a nights shift position at a healthcare facility in Tennessee. The RN will provide care in a 14-bed unit, with a patient population expecting a new addition. The role involves circulating and assisting with deliveries, with schedules made by the unit. The candidate must have prior travel or acute care experience and hold current certifications on file.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, NRP, electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), ACLS, TNCC certification, at least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience, prior travel experience, and must be flexible to meet scheduling needs of the unit. Candidate must be able to circulate within the unit and have multistate licensure on file at the time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) float and postpartum care.
• Additional Information: Orientation sessions are scheduled for 07/20/2026, 07/27/2026, 08/03/2026, and 08/10/2026. Scrubs are surgical and provided. The unit requires an expecting candidate as the patient population may include individuals expecting delivery. The unit makes its own schedule, and the review and offer process will be managed by the manager. The facility utilizes Cerner and GE Centricity electronic medical record systems. This position may involve float to the Helping Hands NICU and postpartum units.
