Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months in Home Health; 2-5 years of med-surg experience preferred License: Current active nursing license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Home Health experience - Self-directed and able to work without direct supervision - Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume and schedule - Ability to function in various home situations - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team - Proficient in English Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will create a tailored plan of care for both Client patients. You will care for patients at all stages of life in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers an opportunity to expand your skill set significantly in the home care setting. You will be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. Maintaining a high level of autonomy is essential, as you will work to the top of your license.
