You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. How you will contributeYou will:Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.​What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Proven experience in project management methodologyExcellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee membersExcellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelinesStrong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project deliveryKnowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision makingProven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partnersStrong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solvingWhat extra ingredients you will bring:An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.Curiosity and collaboration – ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables.A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality project outcomes. Job specific requirements: 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.​Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus. Education / Certifications:Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field*This role is based at our East Hanover, NJ office and requires three days onsite per week. No remote options or relocation are offered*Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
