Job Title: GenAI Data Scientist


Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 5x/week


Contract Length: 9 months


Rate: $60-70/hr


Interview Process: 2 rounds (Technical + Case/Discussion)


Top Requirements:

• Python + SQL + large-scale data analysis
• Experience with LLMs / GenAI concepts
• Model evaluation + experimentation experience

Plusses:

• BI / visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Financial services experience

Job Summary: Supports GenAI initiatives through data analysis, model evaluation, and experimentation to drive performance and business impact.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and identify trends
• Evaluate and tune GenAI models
• Design and run experiments
• Build dashboards and visualizations
• Partner with Product and Engineering
