Start Date: 10/01/2026

End Date: 01/16/2027 (13-week contract)

Shift: Days, Monday - Friday

Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: Tennessee RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $51/hour

On-call Rate: $6/hour (if applicable)

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and dialysis best practices
• Foster a compassionate, patient-centered care environment while supporting team collaboration

What You Need

• Required:
• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
• Preferred:
• Experience in acute care settings beyond dialysis
