Job DescriptionThe Sr Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting assigned regions and business units through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and advanced financial analysis.Serves as the primary finance business partner for Regional Vice Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and Operations LeadershipLeads monthly forecasting activities, supports annual budgeting, provides recommendations to FP&A leadership, and delivers actionable financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making within a medical supply and durable medical equipment (DME) environmentJOB FUNCTIONSOwns financial support responsibilities for assigned regions, functions, or business unitsLeads monthly forecasting processes and prepares consolidated forecast recommendations for FP&A leadershipPerforms complex variance analysis and communicates key drivers impacting financial performancePartners with Regional Vice Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and Operations Leadership to support business performance and decision-makingChallenges operational assumptions and recommends actions to improve financial outcomesDevelops and maintains advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting solutionsBuilds and enhances dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks used by Finance and Operations leadershipPerforms pricing, productivity, labor, scenario, and sensitivity analysesSupports capital planning activities and evaluates financial impacts of operational investmentsPrepares and presents financial results and recommendations to Regional Vice Presidents and leadership teamsRepresents Finance in leadership review meetings and operational discussionsIdentifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting efficienciesReviews work products of Financial Analysts and provides guidance and mentoring as appropriateLeads special projects and cross-functional initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilityCoordinates planning activities across multiple analysts when assignedJob RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, RequiredMaster's Degree, PreferredWork Experience5-7 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related analytical background, RequiredHealthcare, Medical Supply, DME, Distribution, or Operational Finance background, PreferredERP and financial systemsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel modeling, requiredAdvanced budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planningAdvanced Power BI reporting and dashboard, preferredStrong Power Query and SQL, preferredbuild financial models and business casesStrong presentation and communicationStrong analytics and problem-solvingmentor junior analysts and review work productsmanage multiple priorities and complex projectscapital planning, scenario modeling, labor modeling, pricing analysis, and sensitivity analysisLicenses and CertificationsCPA, CMA, or MBA, preferredLincare offers employees a variety of competitive benefits that include ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
