Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical | New Grad Friendly | URGENT HIRE
Location: Kansas (KS) Schedule: Full-Time Status: URGENT POSITION
Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates looking to begin or grow their careers in a supportive, collaborative medical-surgical environment. You will provide specialized nursing care to medical and surgical patients while working with a manageable 6:1 patient ratio , allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and deliver high‑quality care.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet ALL of the following:
Education
Associate degree or higher
Licenses & Certifications
ANY of the following valid certifications:
American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
ANY of the following valid nursing licenses:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Kansas (KS)
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Adhere to professional nursing standards and Kansas state regulations
Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio to ensure safe, effective care
Build strong, personalized relationships with patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality patient care
