We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do. As the LMSW, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Identify barriers which impact optimal client functioning.
- Acts as client advocate, promotes autonomy and champion's client's right to self-determination, incorporating client's wishe
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
- Provide individual and/or family counseling to identified clients of the agency
- Conduct assessments, make referrals, and respond to requests for emergency assistance when appropriate
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, insurance forms and other appropriate documentation as requested in a timely manner
- Consult with the clinical supervisor on a regular basis regarding caseload activity
- Master's Degree in Social Work in related field OR LMSW certification
- 1 years of relevant experience - we will train you!
- Valid driver's license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
