As an IT systems engineer lead within our IT Service Management Tools and Data group, you'll map business processes and data to the applications, utilizing OOTB workflow, or in some cases best practices customization techniques. In addition, you'll also document and analyze user and functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements. As needed, you will troubleshoot escalated incidents and problem investigations for issues within the Remedy suite. Furthermore, you'll partner with members of the Quality Assurance team and/or User Acceptance Test (UAT) teams to ensure that the solution is defect-free and provides the desired functionality and performance before it is deployed. Moreover, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation. This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems may be accepted

Preferred skills

• Experience in the administration and customization of a BMC Helix ITSM Suite in a SaaS environment
• Experience administrating and customizing of AR System, Progressive Web Applications (PWA), REST API and integration
• Experience with BMC Helix Business Workflows
• Experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced
• Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Studio

Compensation

• $108,630-$132,770/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
