Administrative Assistant Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-house, Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our Purchasing Department and hardworking team in Prescott, Arizona!

Purchasing Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include

• Coordinating team input on various deadline specific projects
• Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
• Communications with manufacturers and other vendors
• Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
• Managing department schedules and booking travel arrangements
• Recording and documenting procedures

• The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with contacts at all levels
