Job Overview Weatherization/Insulation Installer – responsible for installing blown‑in cellulose, fiberglass, foam air sealing, baffle vents in attics, and rigid foam board, ensuring compliance with industry standards, OSHA, and safety practices. Responsibilities Install blown‑in cellulose, fiberglass, and foam air sealing materials. Install baffle vents in attics and rigid foam board. Operate in tight confined spaces such as knee walls, attics, and crawlspaces. Work safely in extreme temperatures and on ladders. Collaborate with crew members and assist in potential future crew‑chief leadership. Ensure compliance with industry standards, OSHA, and safety work practices. Maintain dependability and responsibility on all assignments. Provide a valid driver’s license and vehicle and pass a background test. Work full‑time hours with flexible location and schedule.
