Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement personalized therapy interventions following the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT about patient status
- Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy principles and interventions
- Patient care and education
- Accurate documentation and communication
- Infection control and compliance awareness
- Teamwork and collaboration
