What You'll Do Collect used kitchenware, utensils, and dishes from dining and kitchen areas in a timely manner Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines safely and efficiently Wash large or delicate items by hand as needed (e.g., rice pots, oversized cookware, specialty glassware) Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are properly sanitized, organized, and stocked to support smooth kitchen operations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly notify a supervisor when stock is low Inspect and report any issues with dishwashing equipment or kitchen sanitation concerns Remove garbage, recyclables, and compost in accordance with company procedures and OSHA standards Clean and sanitize designated kitchen areas, storage spaces, and restrooms as assigned, following OSHA, local health department, and company guidelines Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation procedures, including proper chemical handling, labeling, and PPE use Support kitchen staff during peak service times by anticipating needs and communicating proactively Uphold company values of teamwork, integrity, and respect while supporting a safe and inclusive workplace What's In It For You Competitive pay ($17.50/hr. – $20.25/hr.
