Project Manager - DFW Airport

DFW International Airport, Dallas, TX – Fully Onsite $140–180K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in the planning, design, and implementation of airline and aviation facilities. Individuals will be engaged with both airline and airport funded projects. The individual will have a focus on airline lounge projects at the DFW airport. In addition to the planning / design and construction responsibilities an acute awareness of airline functions and operations is required. Interaction with station managers and user groups will be required. Airline experience is preferred. Qualification Requirements Education– bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred. Experience– 10+ years leading and developing multi-billion-dollar aviation capital development programs. Previous experience managing multiple construction projects. Some travel will be required. Strong problem solving and change management skills. Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment. Key Responsibilities This role is responsible for understanding the overall project / program scope and managing the assigned project or group of projects. Efforts will entail planning, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout. Stakeholder coordination and strong communication are also key roles. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks. Pro-active and takes initiative. Job Offer Competitive base salary between $140 – 180K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
