Key Responsibilities

As a Sports Physical Therapist at ProFlex, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to determine the nature and extent of sports-related injuries.
• Designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs focused on recovery from orthopedic surgeries and various sports injuries, such as ligament tears and fractures.

• Developing comprehensive injury prevention programs tailored to each athlete's specific needs, fostering a proactive approach to health and wellness.
• Providing education on sport-specific conditioning, recovery techniques, and strategies for preventing re-injury.
• Documenting patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress meticulously using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care continuity and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in sports physical therapy or orthopedic rehabilitation, with a solid foundation in outpatient care.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
