Production Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Production Operator positions in Fontana, CA. Available Shifts and Pay Rates:

• 1st: M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM ($20.00/hr)

• 2nd : M-F 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM ($20.00/hr)

• 3rd : M-F 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM ($20.50/hr )

**Responsibilities:  **

• Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands (light material handling; no tools or machinery).

• Follow all safety procedures and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times.

• Support housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and basic maintenance tasks.

• Meet required production target of 12 boxes per hour for rippers/folders.

**Requirements:  **

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

• 3+ months of prior manufacturing experience

• Must provide your own safety shoes .

• Must wear a long sleeve shirt with at least a 35% cotton blend .

• Ability to perform manual folding work with light shingle materials (no climbing, no stooping).

• Must consistently meet production expectations of 12 boxes per hour.

Pay Details: $18.90 to $20.50 per hour
