Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist looking to advance their career in a contract to hire position within a pharmacy environment.
Location:
- Pearland, TX
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final pharmacist verification on compounded prescriptions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance prior to dispensing.
- Verify prescription orders to confirm clinical appropriateness, correct dosage, accurate patient information, absence of drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably within a closed-door pharmacy setting.
