Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher -- Little Rock AR Your role: As a Lead Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will take ownership of a classroom and be the primary educator for the children and families in your care. Your day‑to‑day focus will be on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where children develop socially, emotionally, and academically. What you will do: Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones for the age group 1‑5 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements at all times Observe and document each child's development and communicate progress regularly with families Build strong, trust‑based relationships with parents and caregivers through daily communication and scheduled conferences Collaborate with your co‑teacher and center leadership to maintain consistency and quality across the program Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments Pay and benefits Pay: $13 – $15 per hour, based on experience and education.
